Delivery of goods
1. Product Delivery to Matkahuolto Parcel Lockers throughout Finland
If any of these pickup points suit you, you can pick up the products you purchased from a Matkahuolto parcel locker.
When ordering from teleskooppi.fi, select Matkahuolto as the delivery method and your desired pickup location.
Note that:
- The standard service price for all sizes is €6.5 in Finland, €18 in the Baltic countries (or free for orders over €700).
- The maximum weight of products is 35 kg.
- The product size limit is 70 x 40 x 55 cm (width x length x height).
- When your order is delivered to a Matkahuolto pickup point, you will receive a text message with a code to enter into the parcel locker.
Orders must be picked up within 7 days.
2. Product Delivery with Matkahuolto Home Delivery
If you want to receive the products at your home, select Matkahuolto home delivery as the delivery method.
Products that weigh more than 35 kg or are larger than 70 x 40 x 55 cm are delivered only to the building's (apartment building's) front door. In this case, you are responsible for transporting the products to your home (apartment).
Delivery takes place 1-3 business days after receiving payment of the invoice.
Product delivery times:
- On the delivery day, the courier will call you and inform you of the exact delivery time.
Delivery costs:
- Home delivery of products in Finland - €14
- Home delivery of products in the Baltic countries - €24
3. Product Delivery to PostNord Parcel Lockers throughout Finland
If any of these pickup points suit you, you can pick up the products you purchased from a PostNord parcel locker.
Place your order on the teleskooppi.fi website and select the delivery option - PostNord - and your desired pickup location.
Note that:
- The standard service price for all sizes is €16 in Finland, €20 in the Baltic countries (or free for orders over €700).
- The maximum weight of products is 35 kg.
- The product size limit is 175 x 300 x 50 cm (width x length x height).
- When your order is delivered to a PostNord pickup point, you will receive a text message with a code to enter into the parcel locker.
Orders must be picked up within 7 days.
4. Product Delivery with PostNord Home Delivery
If you want to receive the products at your home, select PostNord home delivery as the delivery method.
Products that weigh more than 35 kg or are larger than 175 x 300 x 50 cm are delivered only to the building's (apartment building's) front door. In this case, you are responsible for transporting the products to your home (apartment).
Delivery takes place 1-3 business days after receiving payment of the invoice.
Product delivery times:
- On the delivery day, the courier will call you and inform you of the exact delivery time.
Delivery costs:
- Home delivery of products in Finland - €18
- Home delivery of products in the Baltic countries - €24.
DELIVERY FOR PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK
If any of the products in the store are out of stock, we will gladly recommend a similar product or order the product you selected. Manufacturers have different delivery times, so we will notify you separately when the product is in stock. Leave your phone number and email address so we can contact you, or call us to confirm the delivery time of the product you selected.
Payment Methods:
- Online banking or bank transfer (you will receive an invoice via email when you place an order).
Product delivery times:
- 5 - 30 days.
WARRANTY
Teleskooppi.fi provides a 2-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Defective products must be sent to Rantatie 37 C75, 33250 Tampere with the purchase receipt.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect installation, use, or maintenance. Consumers can claim a warranty refund in accordance with Finnish law.
PRODUCT RETURN (Right of Withdrawal)
You can return the product within 14 calendar days (from the moment you purchased the product from our online store - www.teleskooppi.fi) without giving a reason.
Products must be delivered to us at the Teleskooppi.fi store - Rantatie 37 C75, 33250 Tampere.
Teleskooppi.fi will refund the purchase price you paid within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you used to buy the product.
